What is Morphe Lingory?

Lingory teaches Korean the way people actually speak it, through short real-life expressions and conversations instead of textbook grammar drills. Part of the app is free, and the rest sits behind a Premium subscription.

This APK was patched by the community AutoBuilds pipeline with Morphe CLI and hoo-dles/morphe-patches, a third-party bundle rather than the official Morphe patches. It has two Lingory patches, both on by default. Enable Premium turns on features locked behind the subscription paywall, and Block Permissions Request stops the notification permission prompt that appears when the app opens. Both patches only support arm64-v8a devices and one exact Lingory version. AutoBuilds later flagged them as failing and paused Lingory builds, so this APK may stay on an older release for a while.

Patched in this Lingory build

Enable Premium

Opens up the lessons and features the app keeps behind its subscription, per the patch description.

No permission prompt

Block Permissions Request stops Lingory from asking for notification access every time it starts.

ARM64 phones only

Both patches require an arm64-v8a device. Older 32-bit phones aren't supported.

Same lessons

The Korean content, audio and exercises are Lingory's own and aren't changed.

How to install Lingory

  1. Uninstall Lingory from Google Play if you have it. This APK is signed with a different key, so Android won't install it on top.
  2. Download the Universal APK above. You need a 64-bit ARM phone for the patches to work.
  3. Allow installs from unknown sources when your browser asks, then install.
  4. Open Lingory and sign in if you use an account.

Lingory FAQ

It's unofficial. The community AutoBuilds pipeline patched the original Lingory APK with Morphe CLI and hoo-dles' open-source morphe-patches bundle and re-signed it. The Lingory team and the Morphe team didn't make it. Modified APKs carry risk, so install it only if you trust the source.

Probably not unless you allow notifications yourself. The Block Permissions Request patch stops the app from asking, but you can still enable notifications for Lingory in Android's app settings.

hoo-dles' patches only work with one exact Lingory version, and AutoBuilds has paused building the app after the patches started failing. Until that changes, this is the build on offer.
