What is Morphe Pixiv?
pixiv is the Japanese art community where illustrators and manga artists post their work, and where a lot of people go to browse it. The free app has bottom banner ads and sponsored works in feeds. AI-generated images have also become hard to avoid there.
This APK is built from Fripe070's community bundle PixivPatches with Morphe CLI, by the community AutoBuilds pipeline. All seven of its patches are on by default. The author describes it on GitHub as a personal project, written with AI and meant only for private use, so keep your expectations in check. It isn't an official Morphe build.
What the seven patches do
Ad blocker
Removes the bottom banners without leaving an empty gap, stops rate-this-app dialogs, and hides sponsored works in feeds.
AI work flagger
Spots AI-generated works and dims their thumbnails with an [AI] badge, or hides them. It also shows a warning on the artwork page and can block AI artists automatically. Its settings include a tag editor.
Downloader
Adds a button on illustration and manga pages that saves the original full-quality image to your gallery with a clean filename.
Premium-style extras
Unlocks sorting search results by popularity and removes the mute limit. It also fakes Premium status on the device.
OLED black theme
Replaces the dark grey backgrounds with pure black.
Faster zoom and no tracking
Shows the normal-resolution image right away while the full one loads, and lets you pinch-zoom straight away. Firebase, Google measurement and pixiv's own event logging are blocked too.
How to install
- Uninstall the Play Store version of pixiv. The signatures differ, so Android won't install over it. Your bookmarks and follows are stored on your pixiv account.
- Download the universal APK from the box above.
- Install it, allowing your browser or file manager to install unknown apps if Android asks.
- Log in, then check the AI flagger settings if you'd rather hide AI works completely instead of dimming them.
