Install trouble? Fix "App not installed" · Which APK do I need?
What is Morphe WPS Office?
WPS Office from Kingsoft is an office suite that handles Word documents, Excel sheets, PowerPoint decks and PDFs in a single app. It's a common pick on Android if you need to open or edit Office files without installing three separate Microsoft apps. Several tools, especially around PDFs, are part of WPS's paid Pro plan.
This build has one patch from hoo-dles' community bundle hoo-dles/morphe-patches, called Enable Pro. It comes with two conditions written into its own description: you have to be logged in for it to work, and the AI features stay unavailable. The community AutoBuilds pipeline builds the APK with the Morphe CLI, so it's unofficial. Kingsoft and the Morphe developers aren't involved.
What this WPS Office build does
Enable Pro
Targets the features WPS keeps behind its subscription paywall.
Login required
The patch only works while you're signed in to a WPS account, according to its description.
No WPS AI
AI features aren't available in this build. They run on WPS's servers, which a patch can't change.
Universal APK
One file for every phone, so no architecture to pick.
Installing WPS Office
- Uninstall WPS Office from the Play Store if you have it. This APK is signed differently and won't install over it.
- Download the APK from the box above.
- Let your browser or file manager install unknown apps and install the file.
- Open WPS Office and sign in to your WPS account, since the Pro patch needs a logged-in session.
WPS Office FAQ
It's built from hoo-dles' open-source morphe-patches bundle by the community AutoBuilds pipeline. It's unofficial and modified, and an office app sees your documents, so install it only if you trust that source.
Yes. The Enable Pro patch description says login is required. Without an account, the Pro features won't switch on.
No. The patch description says AI functionality is unavailable.
Files you saved to your phone's storage stay where they are. Files that only lived inside the app, or in a WPS cloud folder you haven't synced, are worth checking first.
