These terms cover your use of morpheapk.com (“MorpheAPK”, “the site”, “we”). MorpheAPK is an unofficial community site. It isn’t run by the Morphe developers, and nothing here speaks for them. By using the site you accept these terms; if you don’t, please don’t use it.

1. What the site provides

  • Guides and app pages written by us about Morphe and about patched Android apps.
  • Links to Morphe Manager, pointing at the official releases on GitHub.
  • Links to pre-patched APKs built by the community AutoBuilds pipeline and hosted on GitLab. We don’t build, modify or host these files. Each app page names the patch bundle its APK was built with; most are community bundles, not the official Morphe patches.

We try to keep version numbers and descriptions accurate, but builds change several times a day and a page can be out of date. Check the linked patch bundle if something matters to you.

2. Your responsibility

  • Patched apps are modified copies of other companies’ software, signed with a different key than the original. Installing them is your decision and at your own risk.
  • Using a patched app may break that app’s terms of service and can get an account restricted. It’s up to you to check the rules of any app you patch or install.
  • Some community bundles change how an app’s paid features behave. Whether you may use such a build is between you and the app’s developer. Don’t use this site to pirate paid content or to share pirated copies.

3. Content and trademarks

  • The text, guides and graphics written for this site belong to MorpheAPK. You may quote short parts with a link back; please don’t republish whole pages.
  • Morphe Manager and the Morphe patches are open-source software under their own licenses, which these terms don’t change. The Morphe name and logo belong to the Morphe project.
  • YouTube, YouTube Music and Google are trademarks of Google LLC, Reddit is a trademark of Reddit, Inc., and every other app name belongs to its owner. We aren’t affiliated with any of them.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t attack, overload or scrape the site in a way that affects other visitors, and don’t use it to distribute malware or pirated content.

5. No warranty

The site and everything linked from it are provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that a guide works on your device, that a patched APK works, or that it’s free of problems. We can’t vouch for third-party patch bundles or build pipelines.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MorpheAPK isn’t liable for any damage arising from your use of the site or of software linked from it, including device problems, lost data or account restrictions.

7. Ads and other sites

The site shows ads from Adsterra, and links to GitHub, GitLab, Reddit and other sites. We don’t control those sites or the ads, and their own terms apply there. The privacy policy explains what they collect.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
